Licensed Acupuncturist, Massage Therapist
and Reflexologist

I am based outside Loughrea, near Gurtymadden, Co. Galway. I am a member of the Acupuncture Council of Ireland and approved by AVIVA, VHI and LAYA Healthcare.

I have been practising massage and reflexology for over 18 years. While working as a reflexologist, I became more interested in Chinese medicine and its benefits. In 2010 I travelled to China and studied at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I continued my studies at the Acupuncture College of Ireland and qualified as a licensed acupuncturist in 2014.

I feel privileged to have seen, first-hand, the incredible benefits of a bespoke combination of holistic treatments. I treat a wide range of clients suffering from a variety of conditions including back pain, insomnia, stress and anxiety, musculoskeletal injuries, digestive problems and gynaecological conditions. As a mother to three young children, I understand the pressures and stresses in everyday life. I work closely with my clients to form a realistic plan of action towards improved health and wellbeing. I am so lucky that my work is my passion, and I enjoy every minute of it.
